Friday night gay bars los angeles

Classic 'Cheers' bar feel, I guess, but primarily gay, as opposed to the party vibe that the usual spots in WeHo tend to carry. What are your recommendations for some places to try in any part of LA, or even in places like Pasadena?ĮDIT: For more clarity: I am looking for a place where I can relax and grab a drink, talk to friends or strangers, get to know the bartenders, etc. I'm hoping to find a similar place in LA. At its busiest there are a good amount of people but it still feels different from the standard WeHo spots. I am on a visit to Chicago and I have fallen in love with Replay - a small gay bar with classic arcade machines free to play, a lot of beers on tap, and several cocktails too, as well as a great selection of old and new songs playing at just the right volume. So, I have tried the standard WeHo bars - Abbey, Saddles, all that jazz - and as fun as they are, I really want to find a more intimate, relaxed spot to go to.
